An old Smith & Wesson Russian which has fallen on hard times.  This gun is serial number 38814.  It has oil finished walnut grips, is tight and the cylinder still rotates but the hammer does not engage the trigger (probably worn).  The address is still visible on top of the barrel and there is an SH within a Diamond stamped on the butt.  I believe this is a Schuyler, Hartley & Graham, New York mark.  The spur has been removed from the trigger guard but it's really not a bad looking old gun.   SOLD!!
